Take your shoes off in the garden of my soul, for it is holy ground. You are welcome to spend some time and be refreshed in the vulnerability of your bare feet.
All I ask is that you stay on the path so as not to trample and crush the most delicate of new vegetation, and kindly, as a guest in my garden, it is not your place to weed it.
Sola Caritas,
Michael

Love this prose! It’s a very polite way to tell people to mind their business!
